Goldon Studios is seeking a Social Media Specialist to help develop a social media presence for Rage Effect. The Social Media Manager is responsible for the creation, execution, and growth of our social channels, primarily on Meta.
To increase product recognition, gain new consumers, and drive traffic/conversion, you shall create social media content and cultivate social relationships.
This position entails solving challenging business problems in a dynamic, fast-paced, and feedback-driven workplace, where you will be given the opportunity to provide value from day one.
As a full-time Community and Social Media Specialist position, you will help manage and distribute all Rage Effect contentWhat's in It for You?

- Understand historical narratives in the crypto space and observe current industry events.
- Monitor gaming communities to identify engagement opportunities.
- Grow our presence in said communities by engaging Gen Z audiences.
- Curate, write, schedule, and interact with social media posts related to our games.
- Shape Rage Effect's strategy on community development.
- Program, manage, and help maintain Discord, Twitter and Telegram servers.
- Create creative for social medias.
- Minimum two (2) years direct experience growing and managing communities
- You intimately understand gaming terminology and culture
- Combine creativity and analytics and convert to excellent storytelling
- Passionate about NFTs, metaverse, cryptocurrency, and all things digital
- Minimum two (2) years direct experience in building top social media platforms - Twitter, Meta, Discord
- Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Fluent English communicator
- Passion for learning and research
- Eagerness to engage and build communities
- Love collaboration
- Have worked in a startup or scaleup environment before and are familiar with the hustles
- Love to play games, embracing both the player's perspective and the joy of the game
