IS Service Owner for Integration
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will
define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning,
measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services.
You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.
The work model for the role is: #LI- RemoteThis role is contributing to the IS Services in Poland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Process & Service Design
- Describes and defines IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies and business value and regularly
- Prepares and maintains process documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of
IS Process / Services & Operations
- Applies and executes the relevant management practice Measurement and Reporting to enable planning, control,
- Identifies, proposes, advises and implements IS processes and/or supports IS service implementation.
- Ensures that the processes in area of responsibility are applied consistently throughout the IS organization.
- Provides governance including documentation, tasks completion in accordance with the defined process.
- Ensures that processes in area of responsibility use consistent methods to assess, approve and deploy
- Collaborates with stakeholders as required.
- Enables effective prioritization of requirements and documents traceability to source.
Provides leadership to temporary work or project teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert
knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility
Qualifications for the role
- BTech or any Technical Graduate
