  • Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews
    • Engage with educational institutions for campus recruitment drives
    • Lead new employee orientations and streamline onboarding procedures
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and issues
    • Mediate conflicts and support in conflict resolution
    • Foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale through engagement activities
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in performance appraisals
    • Identify training needs based on evaluations and Training Need Analysis
  • Training and Development:
    • Organize training programs to enhance employee skills
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest enhancements
    • Provide ISO and soft skills training
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
    • Maintain updated employee records
    • Prepare necessary statutory reports
  • Leave and Attendance Management:
    • Finalize and communicate monthly shifts
    • Supervise leave tracking system for accurate payroll records
    • Review and approve leave requests
    • Advise employees on leave policies
    • Address leave-related issues in coordination with Team Leaders
  • Desired Candidate Qualities

    • Proficiency in HR principles

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
    • Efficient time management abilities
    • Proficient in multitasking and taking ownership
    • Prior HRMS management experience is a plus
