Human Resources Intern

The HR intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Support the onboarding process.
Employee Records and Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents.
HR Administration:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Help organize and execute HR projects and initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in administering employee surveys and compiling results.
Qualifications
Masters in business administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and employee management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
