Responsibility- Understand the project scope requirements and undertake a detailed requirement gathering with the customer.

  • Carry out detailed design which includes HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Service Solution Document, Configuration Template & OEM Validation, Service Activation, Fulfilment, Feasibility & Provisioning
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, managing, fixing issues etc.
  • Business continuity, multisite storage administration, replication, virtualization and product specific technologies
  • Coordinate with the project team, field team for deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews and resolve technical issues in coordination with execution vendors.
  • Provide Training to the team and ensure handson to the team working
  • Responsible to handover with requisite Handover Document
  • Shall have experience
  • Hands on experience on Cloud migrations Onprem to Cloud, Viz a Viz
  • Good understanding of networking and Security concepts
  • Good knowledge of at least one operating system: Linux, Unix, Solaris, Ubuntu, Windows
  • Strong knowledge on Virtualization technology skills like VMware, Dockers, HyperV, Xen etc. Systems architecture skills, excellent collaborative skills, and strong analytical reasoning
  • Well understanding of auto scaling, Content Delivery, Regional and Availability zones functional level
  • Experience in configuration of multiredundancy architecture for DC and DR setup
  • Well understanding of ITIL and other Process frameworks
