We are looking for a highly driven and seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to become part of our expanding team.


As a critical member, you will help clients set up and adjust Dynamics 365 CRM to simplify their sales, marketing, and customer service activities, ultimately improving customer connections and enhancing business. You will partner with clients to grasp their existing CRM procedures, pain points, and objectives.


  • Analyze business needs and transform them into a detailed Dynamics 365 CRM implementation strategy.
  • Set up and tailor Dynamics 365 CRM segments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to satisfy specific client requirements and procedures.
  • Create and outline user training resources to ensure a smooth transition for users to the new CRM platform.
  • Run user training sessions to provide clients with the expertise and abilities to effectively utilize the CRM features for managing customer engagements.
  • Provide continuous assistance to clients post-setup, including resolving problems, enhancing setups, and pinpointing prospects for additional CRM process enhancements.
  • Stay informed about the most recent characteristics and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Skills:
  • Demonstrated background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE or Sales Enterprise) implementations and setups.
  • Thorough comprehension of CRM ideas, methodologies, and top practices (sales force automation, lead management, customer service procedures).
  • Sound understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service operations across multiple sectors.
  • Experience with business process mapping and analysis methods.
  • Superb communication, teamwork, and presentation competencies to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to explain intricate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for business users.
  • Robust analytical and issue-solving talents.
  • Proven track record in project management practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
