The Intelligent Automation Consultant is primarily responsible for the delivery of automations. This role reports into NTAM Global head for Intelligent Automation under the COO organization, and will work in close collaboration with NTAM Practice Areas to develop, prioritize and deliver strong intelligent automation solutions, Lead efforts focused on harnessing intelligent automation and digital technologies to drive excellence in NTAM's global business and client experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design scalable and maintainable Power App/ Power Automate solutions including design, develop, and customize to meet specific business requirements while creating user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces and integrating with data connections, workflows, and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Desired Skills include:

  • Proficient in developing Microsoft Power BI reports, dashboards, data connection, and transformation capabilities of Power BI.
  • 3-5+ years of Power Platform experience, including Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, carry work through to completion using own initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals with diverse backgrounds and from all levels of the organization.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint are a plus.
  • An open nimble mindset while exploring solutions seeking best fit for the problem, based on scale, value and risk.
  • Strong consultative skills including requirement gathering and problem solving
  • Bachelor's Degree required
