What will you be responsible for?

  • Establish, oversee, and drive IT delivery plans according to the IT Project Management Methodology.
  • Manage IT project/program budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, and change management.
  • Analyze and overcome program risks, as well as drive effective risks & issues management.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, quality, and compliance within the IT project team.
  • Work closely with the Business Project Manager to support the Transformation Programme Management office.
  • Act as a lead on Agile/Scrum delivery engagements, optimize team velocity, and oversee impediments to team agility.
  • Deliver capabilities using agile practices and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate work product delivery.
  • Train and mentor other Scrum masters and execute consulting engagements globally.

What are the requirements?

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Life Sciences to join Infosys Consulting Life Science practice.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with project and program planning tools, as well as Scrum Master experience.
  • Must have a Life Science background, and Enterprise Applications experience would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate competence in agile project delivery across the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage all aspects of programs.
  • Experience with SDLC Framework, Agile/Scrum framework, and proficiency in Project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence.
