Designation: Head of Marketing

Industry: Cancer, Chemo, Oncology, General surgeon Hospital background preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our hospital's marketing efforts and promote the services to the community.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve the hospital's business objectives, including increasing patient volume, enhancing brand reputation, and expanding service lines.

2. Brand Management: Oversee the hospital's brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry.

4. Target Audience Identification: Define target patient demographics and segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage these audiences effectively.

5. Digital Marketing: Lead the hospital's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

6. Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.

7. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare influencers, and community stakeholders to generate positive publicity and media coverage for the hospital.

8. Physician Liaison: Collaborate with Oncology mostly physicians and clinical departments to promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and facilitate physician engagement in marketing initiatives.

9. Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote goodwill in the community.

10. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

11. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

12. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including patient privacy and advertising guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, patient behavior, and healthcare marketing trends.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and messaging.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving measurable marketing goals and objectives.
