Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.

Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Art Director or in a similar senior creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, , etc.).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Necessary skills :
Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is your playground.
Bonus points for knowing Premiere Pro, Figma/XD, Midjourney, and the art of 3 D modeling.
