Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development & University Partnerships Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with universities and educational institutions to expand IIDE's presence and influence in the digital education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to promote IIDE's programs and courses.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with IIDE's objectives.
  2. Business Development:
    • Drive business growth through innovative strategies and market research.
    • Identify new opportunities for growth within the educational sector.
    • Develop and implement business plans to achieve targets and expand IIDE's market presence.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of partnership agreements.
    • Act as a liaison between IIDE and partner institutions, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  4. Program Promotion:
    • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to raise awareness of IIDE's programs.
    • Represent IIDE at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Develop marketing materials and presentations for partnership meetings and events.
  5. Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and business development initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and business development activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.


RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 3-7 years in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Proven track record of successful partnership development and business growth.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Fluent written as well as oral communication skills with strong negotiation skills Should be punctual, disciplined and detail-oriented Should be extremely comfortable with Google Workspace Should be an eager learner for technical skills Should be sensitive towards audience interaction and engaging them in the subject Strong relationship-building skills to actively engage the relevant stakeholders A good team player who is happy to upgrade his / her knowledge on the job Bonus if the candidate has basic Digital Marketing Knowledge Education Must have completed Graduation/Post Graduation in any field Preference will be given to candidates who have pursued a BBA/MBA
