Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales and fluent in English, including American or British accents? We're seeking an Outbound Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using American or British accents.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with American or British accents.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (minimum of 2 years).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
