Position Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate for our Domestic Voice Process. Your role will involve interacting with customers, addressing their queries, and delivering a superior customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a voicebased customer service role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and using CRM software.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
  • High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent educational qualification.
