Position Summary:


Universal Biotechnology Private Limited, a premier importer and exporter of research-use products such as ELISA kits, biochemical assay kits, antibodies, protein and molecular biology products, and selected equipment, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Internal Sales Executive.

This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and supporting the business development team from within the office.

Primary Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information to potential customers.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and social media to generate new sales leads.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records using CRM software.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and promotions.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-up with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Support the business development team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
