Program Analyst

SUMMARY
As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse programs critical to the success of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of program initiatives, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving the success of these programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and implementation of program management strategies for data retention, service level agreements, litigation hold, contract lifecycle management, and other initiatives as assigned. Conduct research and analysis to gather data, identify trends, and evaluate program performance against established metrics and objectives. Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program status, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Support the creation and maintenance of program documentation, including policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and alignment of program goals and priorities. Assist in the identification of risks and issues related to program implementation and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Participate in cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working groups to drive continuous improvement and innovation in program management practices. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to program management and related areas.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Solid understanding of program management principles and methodologies, with exposure to data retention, service level agreements, litigation hold, and contract lifecycle management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to manipulate and visualize data to extract meaningful insights. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work deliverables. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2) or program management (e.g., PgMP) is a plus.-
