Job Description:

Position Sr Manager HR Location Mumbai Andheri East Experience 8-12Yr CTC 8-12
Lakh Responsibilities: 1.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives

2 Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures

3 Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions

4 Performance Management:
Develop and administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms

5 Training and Development:
Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies

6 Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations. 7.

HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

8 Employee Engagement:
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. 9.

HR Metrics and Analytics:
Utilize data and analytics to track HR metrics, analyze trends, and inform decision-making

Qualifications:
1.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) may be preferred. 2.

Experience:
Extensive experience in HR roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is often required. 3.

Knowledge:
A strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is essential. Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite are often required. 4.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are crucial. The ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential. 5.

Leadership:
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals

6 Problem-Solving:
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary to address complex HR issues and challenges

7 Ethical Conduct:
High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in HR practices

8 Adaptability:
