We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a successful sales background.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to discover new market and client needs for revenue generation.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Acquire product knowledge and educate clients on customization options.
- Generate leads through various channels and maintain client data.
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer creative solutions.
- Provide design samples, mock-ups, and proofs for orders.
- Coordinate with teams for order fulfillment and manage the process from inquiry to delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback for product and market enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, preferably in the wedding industry.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Customer-centric with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to grasp design concepts.
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
