We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing fintech startup. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, selling cutting-edge fintech solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and positioning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations and proposals to showcase how our fintech solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decisionmakers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines, contract terms, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipeline using our CRM software.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products/services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and close complex sales deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Fixed shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel
