Talent Development Head
Department: Human Capital Management
Reporting to: CHRO
Purpose of Job:
- Supporting stakeholders in enhancing their performance by honing their skills and knowledge
- Evaluating the effectiveness of development plans and maximizing learning opportunities for employees
- Addressing specific challenges and customizing training programs as needed
- Creating and implementing learning strategies and initiatives
- Utilizing diverse technology solutions to provide training and communication across the organization
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine the most effective delivery method for training programs, such as in-person sessions, train-the-trainer approaches, videos, online platforms, or in-app solutions
- Collaborate with the tech team to devise and deliver high-quality technical solutions tailored to requirements
- Develop a multilingual employee engagement and retention program
- Identify areas for improvement to reduce attrition rates
- Design strategies to attract and retain talent within the organization
- Lead and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives
- Partner with different departments to create customized training solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized training programs
- Ensure team performance aligns with budgetary constraints
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Other Requirements:
- Develop a comprehensive Career Development Program
- Identify training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance assessments, and consultations with managers
- Formulate tailored training plans to meet organizational needs and expectations
- Conduct effective orientation and induction sessions
- Regularly assess and report on the success and impact of training programs
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office
- Track record in designing and executing effective training programs
- Familiarity with a range of training methods, both traditional and modern
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and report writing capabilities
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and plan strategically
- Strong record-keeping skills and proficiency in report writing
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills
