We are always growing. At the moment, our client is expanding rapidly, therefore we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support multiple expansion projects within a major existing Global client that operates in the Renewable Energy Sector.

Job Summary:

In this role you will be working alongside a tenured Global Operational and Project Team to drive and support multiple expansion projects within a major existing Global client that operates in the Renewable Energy Sector.

There are several multi-country expansion activities in the Program maturity roadmap and your role will be to guide and manage these deployments succinctly. This is a hands-on role providing implementation subject matter expertise across multi-country expansions in AMER, EMEA and APAC within the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). Solutions include Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW) and Worker Tracking (WT).

The client has a highly integrated billing system and knowledge of SAP Ariba workflows would be advantageous. Change management leadership and Stakeholder Management across all project initiatives is paramount.

Job functions:

  • Project managing the delivery using appropriate controls and methodology.
  • Determining project timelines/plans, using appropriate tool (such as MS Project, Smartsheet Azure DevOps)
  • Managing internal and client stakeholders throughout the implementation
  • Creating and maintaining project controls such as project documentation
  • Managing risk to the projects by identifying and mitigating such risks
  • Supporting intelligence gathering for client sessions, understanding all relevant business and technical objectives and requirements
  • Documentation of assessment, discovery sessions, and process workshops
  • Becoming an expert in the client workspace, being creative and innovative as well as demonstrating consultative skills
  • It is imperative that the individual is comfortable and capable of working remotely with global teams across multiple time zones.

Required Technical/ Functional Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Project Management principles and methodology.
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass in terms of project deployment of the VMS.
  • Ability to manage by influencing cross-functional teams of peers, managers, and client contacts.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to identify risk and drive resolution accordingly.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Experience desirable in Smartsheet Azure DevOps.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, follow-through, and assessment skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • A capability of building sound client and internal client relationships at all levels – collaborative and team player.
  • Pune, India location ideal.
  • English at the advanced/business professional level.
  • Support non-standard India working hours (where required)
