  • Develop and Implement strategies to enhance the TBO+ Loyalty Program, driving customer engagement & retention.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to recommend and implement product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunction teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of the customer on TBO Holidays platform.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the TBO+ Loyalty program and drive membership growth & platform engagement.
  • Monitor and assess program performance through key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training, support, and communication to internal teams on the TBO+ Loyalty program features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with vendors/Partners to explore wide redemption assortments, cobranded opportunities and maximize program reach.
  • Stay updated on Industry trends and competitive programs to ensure TBO+ remains a market leader.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing loyalty programs, preferably in travel & hospitality industry.
  • Advance excel skills & strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with loyalty program technology and platforms
