Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the TBO+ Loyalty Program for improved customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to recommend and implement product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding on the TBO Holidays platform.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the TBO+ Loyalty program and drive membership growth.
  • Monitor program performance through key metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on the TBO+ Loyalty program features.
  • Collaborate with partners to explore redemption opportunities and maximize program reach.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to maintain TBO+'s market leadership position.
Qualifications:
  • MBA degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing loyalty programs, especially in the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with loyalty program technology and a customer-centric approach.
