Scope ofWork

  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to increase revenue and marketshare.
  • Analyze market trends and customerpreferences to identify opportunities forgrowth.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts andbudgets.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients architects designers andcontractors.
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities through networking andreferrals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer servicethroughout the sales process.
  • Monitor theentire sales process from lead generation to projectcompletion.
  • Ensure that sales team membersfollow best practices and companystandards.
  • Coordinate with interior designersand project managers to ensure seamless projectexecution.
  • Communicate client requirements andpreferences to the design team.

Prerequisites

  • Must have a diploma / degree in anydiscipline
  • Candidate must have 2 years ofrelevant sales experience in construction interior design orarchitectural industry
  • Someone who goes intothe market and meets Architects and InteriorDesigners.
  • Should be wellversed with theindustry and architects
  • Ability to communicatein Hindi English and local language fluently
