Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside sales Executive to join our SMBvertical.
This role involves a full spectrum of activities from lead generation to campaignclosure, focusing on B2B sales for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate will beresponsible for establishing contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, andoffering customized digital marketing solutions to enhance their online presence and achievetheir business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and reach out to potential SMB clients through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation techniques.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored digital marketing services such as website creation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
- Work closely with internal teams including design, HTML, website development, and delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery. Assist in customer coordination, acting as a bridge between the client and internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the SMB vertical.
- Work across various B2B categories, including but not limited to hospitals, schools/colleges, import/export, real estate, manufacturing, and retail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment or digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
