Position:
R&D Chemist

Job Location:
Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification:
B.Sc or M.Sc

Experience:
Minimum 4 years as R&D Chemist in a Chemical Company (preferably in the field of Food Color)

Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Research & analyze new product lines in food color, Lake Color, FD & C color
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements
  • Collaborate with management on product development & market trends
  • Coordinate with the production team to standardize existing products
  • Hands-on experience with Analytical Instruments (HPLC, TLC, etc.)

R&D Chemist Skills:
  • Designing and setting up new process pilot and lab setups
  • Conducting research to optimize yield targets
  • Scaling up processes from concept to implementation
  • Troubleshooting process issues
  • Creating SOP's for each process

R&D Chemist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or M.Sc. Chemistry
  • Minimum 4 years of R&D Chemist experience
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
