Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our EdTech products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the education technology sector, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth targets and increase market share in the EdTech sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Set, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest EdTech trends and innovations to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the EdTech or related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
