Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our wedding and event management services for our clients.

You will leverage your extensive experience in the industry to build and maintain strong client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the successful execution of events.

Your goal will be to exceed sales targets and contribute to the continued success and reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for wedding and event services.
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, and present suitable service packages.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements.
Collaborate closely with the event management team to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.4-5 years of proven sales experience in wedding and event sales within the event management industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the wedding and event planning process, including logistics, vendor management, and client coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client needs and event schedules.
