Officer - Webinars

About the job
CIF is a hiring Officer in charge for Webinars. The principal responsibility of this role is to create exceptional online experiences by managing successful webinars.

This will involve planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of online webinars to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer relationships through engaging CIF's target audience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for webinars, aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor strategies to effectively reach and engage them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify webinar topics, themes, and objectives. Plan and execute online webinars from start to finish
  • Work with the digital team to roll out digital content and interact with leads and convert them to registrations
  • Work with the nondigital team (call support) and set out processes for calling, follow ups and lead conversions to registrations

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in planning and executing online webinars
  • Strong project management skills and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
  • Proficiency in using webinar and event management platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, Dynamics, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferably)
  • Creative and Analytical mindset thinker

Remuneration


Any applicant who successfully completes the hiring process will be offered a remuneration based on domain knowledge and relevant experience.


Salary:
Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
