Office Location:

Experience in SEO and digital marketing would be beneficial.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Web Content Writing and SaaS Writing skills.
Ability to understand and learn about SaaS products in depth
Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research.
Proofreading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Grammar and vocabulary.
Experience in SEO and digital marketing would be beneficial.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Creation of engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter) including blog articles and website content.

Create user instructions, walk throughs, case studies, tutorials, and video content explanations of SaaS products.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
Collaborating with sales teams on cold calling scripts, emails, and brochures
Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and quality.
Act as a good team player and contribute innovative ideas.
Maintain a well-organized content calendar and meet the time frame.
Prepare brochures, eBooks, website content, and other digital and marketing collaterals.
Create webinar contents for SAAS products and services—emails, presentations, and talking points.
Stay updated with news and trends in target industries.
Ability to lead and expand the content writing team within the organisation.

ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in English language and literature, communication, journalism or related fields.
Experience as a creative writer, copywriter, or content writer for at least 5 years.
Knowledge of reporting suites such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools will be considered an added advantage
Previous SaaS content writing.
