Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, following established service standards
  • Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring that the area is tidy at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining area, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
