Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Study Quotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive quotes for clinical studies, ensuring that all client requirements are met within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather all necessary information for quote preparation.
  • Analyze clinical study protocols to estimate costs related to personnel, materials, and other resources.
  • Develop and maintain a database of standard pricing and historical data to inform quote creation.
  • Prepare detailed quotes that outline all anticipated costs and justifications.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify study requirements and negotiate budgetary aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout the quoting process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cost drivers to provide competitive and accurate quotes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, cost estimation, or a similar role in the clinical research industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. (MANDATORY)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
