In order to meet data processing and analytics requirements, design and create SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and viewsTo make SQL code for data extraction, transformation, and loading operations as efficient as possible, collaborate closely with data engineers and data scientistsCreate and keep up with documentation for database schemas, data models, and SQL codeDesign, implement, and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in AzureWork together with data scientists and analysts to understand the needs for data and create effective data workflowsUtilizing Azure Data Factory or comparable technologies, create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operationsMonitoring and resolving data pipeline problems will guarantee consistency and availability of the dataSupports existing reporting solutions including developing fixes as necessary and providing support for complex issuesGathers, understands, and documents user requirements and technical specifications.

Bachelor's degree in a related technical /Information Technology field6+ years of work experience in Information Technology with hands-on experience on ADF4+ years of experience utilizing SQL and / or relational database tools (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or similar databases)Experience with SDLC such as Waterfall or AgileGood hands-on-experience with SQL in SQL server environmentAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
