Job Description:


Are you a graduate in Food Technology with a passion for both the science of food and the art of sales.

We have an exciting opportunity that combines your technical expertise with your knack for building relationships and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Improvement:

  • Utilize your knowledge of food science and technology to contribute to the development and enhancement of our food products.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to ensure the quality and safety of products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our food products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand our customer base.
3/ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify gaps in the market and potential areas for product improvement or development.

Customer Education:

  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products, providing technical information as needed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential
3. clients to showcase the uniqueness and quality of our offerings.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics, and outlining areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
2. 1-2 years experience in related industries.

  • Strong understanding of food processing, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective sales and client interaction.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen business acumen.
