Role and Responsibilities:-
  • Managing a team of 8-10 Members.
  • Driving meetings and converting leads into quality meetings.
  • Auditing calls to ensure quality standards.
  • Conducting performance reviews of team members.
  • Maintaining data accurately.
  • Customer analysis and advancing leads in the conversion pipeline.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
  • Engaging customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Developing efficient processes for optimal customer experience.
  • Tracking each opportunity/lead to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborating with the Product team to enhance customer support and experience.


Required Qualifications & Skills:-
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (1-2 years in similar roles).
  • Passionate and proactive in achieving goals creatively.
  • Engagement with customers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick-thinking and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore.
