Job Title:
Sales Representative - Bakery and Catering Industry


Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the bakery and catering industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase our bakery and catering offerings to potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of orders and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

₹8, ₹36,395.27 per month
