"This will be a B2B Staffing Solution empanelment profile" . We are hiring a dynamic and motivated staffing consultant to join our B2B sales team focusing on the Canada region. As a Staffing Consultant , you will initiate outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introduce them to our staffing solutions, and secure appointments for our team to explain our services further and establish partnerships.

Salary Band -

Yearly - INR LPA

Monthly - INR /Month

Key Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to businesses in Canada, effectively communicating the benefits and value of Global Hire's staffing solutions.
  • Email communication with clients.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, and position Global Hire as the solution provider of choice.
  • Book appointments for company representatives to meet with prospective clients and facilitate discussions on service offerings and partnership opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of leads and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and techniques.
  • Flexibility to work in Canada shift timings. ( EDT - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM )
