•Creating purchase orders in the system for sample transactions to suppliers and maintain records timely manners.

•Ensure clear communication, regular follow up with the supplier, proper documentation, getting goods cleared on time to support timely samples to customers.

•Resolving supplier and customer complaints amicably and on-time

•Reconciliation of system inventory with warehouse team on a monthly basis

•Ensure optimum inventory levels to strike a balance between the carrying costs and the stock-out costs

•Exploring cost saving options for cost sheet components

•Coordinate all activities with multiple internal/ external stakeholders and ensure sample/ material reaches the warehouse on timely manner.

•Supply chain optimization focuses on improving efficiency, cutting costs, and speeding product delivery.

•Support and work on digital/ organisation initiatives proposed by global team.

•Responsible for import procedures and documentations for all local/ import samples.

•Support the country/group initiatives in the fields of finance and operations

•Collaborate with product managers and supplier to support key operations.

•Timely closure of queries/ concerns raised by the customer about the ordered product thereby building enduring and trusting partnerships with customers.

Essential Qualifications

•Graduate in any discipline

•Working and data analysis of CRM

•Well-versed with ERP operations

•Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Essential Experience

•3+ years of relevant experience in sampling process.
