  • Attend to phone calls when the Director is on tour.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the Director.
  • Schedule business meetings.
  • To communicate with travel agencies/ hotels and arrange travel reservations for Director.
  • Liaison between departments in the resolution of daytoday administrative and operational problems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and other similar activities.
  • Arranging and Filing Administrative Inputs, extracting Sales Data and communicating the same to the management.
  • Supervise repairs of office equipment / computers, peripherals etc.
  • Diploma/ Degree in any stream with 1 year of experience.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Internet savvy.
