Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Palettier, you will be a crucial member of our growth team, responsible for driving revenue by engaging with potential clients in the fashion industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels at both sales and relationship-building, with a passion for technology and fashion. You will play a pivotal role in introducing our cutting-edge SaaS solutions to fashion designers, brands, and retailers, helping them streamline their operations and enhance their design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Palettier's services and value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Good knowledge of SaaS and IT sales.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in B2B or Software Sales
  • 2-3 years experience in lead generation, specifically through cold calling/outbound (no emails/marketing)
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales/lead generation targets.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential sponsors.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
