Graphics and PowerPoint Designer

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphics and PowerPoint Designer to join our team and assist our marketing and internal teams in creating visually stunning and impactful presentation materials. As a Graphics and PowerPoint Designer, you will be responsible for designing editable presentation templates, unique and creative professional designs for company services, and ensuring faster turnaround times. Your expertise in graphic design, PowerPoint, and creative thinking will play a critical role in helping us communicate our brand story and key messages effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to understand their requirements and design goals for presentations.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging presentation templates that align with the company's brand guidelines and desired messaging.
  • Develop unique and creative designs to enhance the overall visual impact of presentations and deliver key messages effectively.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of PowerPoint features and functions to design editable and userfriendly templates.
  • Incorporate visual elements, such as infographics, images, charts, and graphs, to communicate complex information in a visually compelling way.
  • Ensure a faster turnaround time for designing presentations, balancing speed with highquality output.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of presentation designs.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure the final presentations meet the desired objectives.
  • Assist in the development of design standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across all presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT industry is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphics designer or PowerPoint designer for IT services industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative ideas.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint features, including slide master, templates, animations, transitions, and multimedia integration.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that align with branding guidelines and objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
