Transformation & Change Director

Location: Gurgaon

Mercer is looking for an experienced transformation manager to join their team in Gurgaon. As a Transformation & Change Director, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and executing complex operational changes within the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker familiar with target operating models and M&A projects, who can demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational workings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional services experience.
  • Experience in Program Management across matrix organizations.
  • Track record of coordinating teams across different locations.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Expertise in target operating models and organizational change programs.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project execution experience.
  • Background in financial services or technology-related projects.
  • Knowledge of Technology/AI.
  • Experience in global cultural collaboration.
  • Prior Mercer experience.
