Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: On-site, Hyderabad

Job Description:

As our in-house HR manager, Managing People , Creating SOPs & KPIs , Performance Reviews, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like training & development, administering employee benefits and leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices, oversee the daily workflow of the core team and ensure everyone delivers on their work, doesn't exploit companies time and resources, play the bad cop and handle poor performers for the company .

Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Understand the company's goals and set SOPs, KRA, and KPIs that align these goals for each position.
  • Track, Redesign and Improve each of them from time to time as and when required.
  • Set KPIs and deliverables for the team by consulting the management and holding them accountable to deliver the same will be one of the core responsibilities of this position.
  • Communicate with the team regularly to ensure that everyone is aware of the company and departmental objectives and their role in achieving them.
  • Provide constructive feedback and counsel the team regularly to help improve their performance and understand their challenges.
  • Organize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual employee performance reviews
  • Conduct performance reviews for the team on a regular basis Identify training and development needs for the team and arrange for appropriate training to be provided.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of succession plans for critical positions on the team.
  • Manage payslips, hiring and other HR officer responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years experience as a Human Resources professional and 2 years experience in People & Performance Management.
  • Proficiency in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for every job profile within the organization.
  • Ability to measure and improve the team's performance and take the required initiative to hold them accountable as per the management's requirement.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful performance management programs like weekly standups, monthly performance reports, and quarterly reviews.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design for creating training and development programs for each position within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to see the commercial implications of actual and planned activities, adding value to leadership decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute strategies tactically.
