• Ability to manage a team of 3-5 resources, and Mmentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts within the team.


• Collaborate with business leaders to define BI strategies and roadmaps.


• Ensure data governance and security standards are maintained.


• The ability to work independently and proactively drive change.


• Support the organization in designing a user training program for using visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build narratives and stories from data and present insights in a way that drives action.


Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related role.


• Expertise in advanced Tableau features and capabilities.


• Technical proficiency in SQL


• Extensive experience with AWS services for BI and data analytics.


• Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels including senior executives.


• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive BI initiatives strategically.


• People Management experience or experience leading and mentoring a team of BI analysts


• Strong project management skills, experience with Agile and Kanban methods. Knowledge of Jira

• Snowflake experience


• Familiarity with dbt


• Tableau Admin Certification or experience


• Snaplogic
