Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our marketplace strategy, driving revenue growth and market share expansion for clients on online marketplaces.
Own and execute performance marketing, understanding the execution for Meta campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with key marketplace partners, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and others, to leverage opportunities and stay updated on platform developments.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketplace goals and develop tailored strategies to optimize their presence, product listings, and overall performance on marketplaces.
Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROILead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and sales on marketplaces.
Analyze marketplace data, metrics, and insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement for clients' marketplace performance.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketplace operations, providing regular performance updates to clients and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, content, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of marketplace strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at 3 least years of experience in marketplace role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
Deep understanding of online marketplaces including platform dynamics, algorithms, advertising options, and best practices.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve client objectives on marketplaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision- making and optimization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional results.
Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook ads, performance and affiliate marketing.
