Role Overview:

As an Architectural Draftsman at Ankura, you will play a crucial role in maintaining precise records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings. You will actively participate in the approval procedures for different projects and ensure uniformity across all drawings. Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Creating conceptual line drawings based on provided sketches.
  • Managing records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings.
  • Verifying structural and MEP drawings in alignment with architectural designs.
  • Producing sketch drawings for on-site clarifications.
  • Releasing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings on-site.
  • Collaborating on architectural drawings as per the Architect’s instructions.
  • Preparing drawings for site logistics and validating RERA, BUA, and construction areas.
  • Reviewing drawings for regulatory endorsements and keeping a record of all approvals.
  • Assessing interior layouts of clients concerning architectural and municipal drawings.
  • Conducting periodic site visits for verification purposes.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch in Any Specialization or Diploma in Architecture.
  • 3 to 5 years of expertise in drafting software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of regulatory approval processes and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on drawing accuracy.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman, possessing expertise in architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the design team.
