Job Description:

As an Architectural Draftsman at Ankura, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings. You will contribute to the approval processes for various projects and ensure consistency across drawings. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Generating conceptual line drawings from provided sketches.
  • Maintaining records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawings.
  • Checking structural and MEP drawings with respect to architectural drawings.
  • Preparing sketch drawings for site clarifications.
  • Issuing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings on-site.
  • Working on architectural drawings as instructed by the Architect.
  • Preparing drawings for site logistics and verifying RERA, BUA, and construction areas.
  • Reviewing drawings for regulatory approvals and maintaining records of all approvals.
  • Checking interior layouts of customers with respect to architectural and municipal drawings.
  • Periodic site visits for checking and verification.


Qualifications:


  • B.Arch in Any Specialization or Diploma in Architecture.
  • 3 yrs to 5 yrs of experience in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with regulatory approval processes and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in drawings.
  • 3 yrs to 5 yrs experience as an architectural draftsman, with knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration within the design team.
