Analytical related activity for method transfer and method validation
- Develop analytical plans for new product development and sustaining product projects.
- Collaborate with other functions such as project management, regulatory, formulation,manufacturing, and quality control in project teams.
- Act independently as a study director for these designs and execute method validation and transfer studies.
- Collaborate with Baxter external partners to ensure successful execution of analytical testing and study designs.
- Lead the analytical problemsolving efforts to meet urgent business needs.
- Focus on innovation, process improvement, and/or operational excellence initiatives.
- Independently plan, execute, and manage projects/programs that both span multiple disciplines and utilize established methods, techniques, or approaches.
- Implement new or improved techniques and procedures around specific tasks; write and
- Maintain knowledge of relevant QSR and other regulatory requirements related to R&D(product development, design, and safety) to ensure compliance in all research, data collection and reporting activities.
- In addition to having an indepth knowledge and understanding of cGxP and related regulations and guidance, can provide expert advice and/or is an active participant in the generation,review, adoption and interpretation of such regulations.
- Maintain focus on meeting both external and internal customer expectations.
