Role Summary:

As a Sales Specialist focused on Software Testing Services, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services globally, leveraging your deep knowledge and experience in the software testing industry.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of closing deals and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell software testing services to new and existing clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation and contract signing.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals that provide clear value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target specific verticals or geographic markets.

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in selling Software Testing Services globally.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport at all levels.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategies based on industry insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
