What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence? ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain system usage standards including equipment hierarchy, nomenclature, definitions and associated maintenance databases for new and existing Fluence project sites Create and maintain SOPs and Job Plans as neededDevelop in house tools for supporting multiple streams of supply chain Vertical.

Ensures all procedures are developed, understood, and followed consistently throughout Fluence Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirementsWork with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other toolsQualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred but Bachelors degree is Must (or professional training) in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields or other technical engineering background
  • General computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Working experience with ERP Software (Netsuite, SAP etc.) or DAS systems is a plus.
  • Preferred skill in Power Bi/Incorta and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge on ETL process is good to have.
  • Strong Programming in python preferred as role will require in house application development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - high emotional intelligence and excellent presentation skills a must
  • Must be self-driven, highly detail oriented, organized and be able to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization is a plus
