As the architectof our public image you will play a crucial role in positioningWalnut Folks Group (including Confluencr and Intent Farm) as aleader in the marketing community through strategic awardapplications impactful news and magazine features creative PRinitiatives journalist relationship management vibrant social mediastorytelling and more. This role demands a blend of creativitystrategic thinking entrepreneurial mindset and a keen eye foropportunities that align with our brandsethos.
Requirements YourKey Responsibilities wouldinclude:
  • Elevatethe agencys visibility by strategically positioning Walnut FolksGroup as a leader in the marketing industry through carefulselection and application to prestigious awards securing featuresin toptier marketing magazines and executing impactful PRinitiatives (think beyond regular paid PR.. we love free PR
  • Collaboratewith the content team to produce highquality engaging content thateffectively communicates our brands values achievements and thoughtleadership. This encompasses writing press releases awardapplications social media posts and any other content that supportsour PR and marketingefforts.
  • Activelyengage with and expand our network within the marketing communityincluding influencers industry leaders and potential clients tomaintain Walnut Folks Groups prominence and relevance in industrydiscussions andopportunities.
  • Utilizeanalytics tools to track analyze and report on the performance ofPR and social media activities. Use insights to continuouslyoptimize strategies for greater impact andROI.
Qualifications:
  • 34years of experience in PR preferably at the marketing oradvertisingagency.
  • Proventrack record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement throughstrategic use of PR and socialmedia.
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to craft compelling storiesand articulate the value of our brand to diverseaudiences.
  • Stronganalytical skills with an aptitude for measuring the impact of PRand social mediainitiatives.
  • Aproactive creative thinker with a knack for identifying andpursuing opportunities that align with our brandgoals.
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.
